Web design for plumbers and heating engineers

Leaks need someone now; boilers get researched for weeks. A website that wins both kinds of job.

(01) What it needs

What a plumbing and heating website needs.

Plumbing and heating work splits in two. Emergency jobs, a leak or no hot water, where the customer calls the first trustworthy number they find, and planned jobs, like a new boiler or a bathroom, where they compare quotes, brands and reviews.

Your site has to serve both: a phone number and call-out areas that are impossible to miss, and, for boilers, proper pages on the brands you fit, typical costs, warranties and how servicing works.

  1. 01

    Emergency ready

Tap to call, the areas you cover and when you are available, right at the top on a phone.

  2. 02

    Boiler installs explained

The brands you fit, typical prices, warranty lengths and what happens on install day.

  3. 03

    Servicing that repeats

A simple way to book an annual service, which brings customers back every year.

(02) The rules

What it must get right.

  1. 01

    Gas Safe registration

Anyone working on gas appliances must be on the Gas Safe Register. Show your registration number so customers can check it, and only offer gas work your engineers are registered for.

  2. 02

    Warranty small print

Boiler warranty lengths often depend on being an accredited installer and on annual servicing, so say so rather than quoting the headline number alone.

  3. 03

    Finance offers

Offering boiler finance means being authorised by the FCA or working through a lender as their representative, and the wording on your site has rules of its own.

A guide, not legal advice: we build the site to fit the rules you work under, and you confirm the details that are yours.

(03) Plans and prices

Fixed price. You know the number before we start.

(Questions)

Asked by plumbers and heating engineers

Can people book a boiler service online?

Yes. A booking button into the system you already use is simple; booking with payments built into the site is part of Ecommerce & Web Apps, from £2,495.

Should I show boiler prices on my website?

Typical installed prices for the boilers you fit help people shortlist you and cut down calls from people outside your price range.

Will my website show up for “emergency plumber near me”?

Those searches mostly end in the map results, so your Google Business Profile matters most, with service areas set and reviews coming in. A fast site with your number on every page backs it up.

Tell us what you need, and you’ll have a fixed price and a date within 24 to 48 hours.
