(01) What it checks
Four things that decide whether you get found.
-
01
Found by Google
Your title, description and main heading, whether Google is allowed to list the page, your business details for Google, and whether there is a sitemap and a robots.txt.
-
02
Works on phones
Whether the page is set up for small screens, how fast your server answers, the language, and whether your images are described.
-
03
Google’s speed test
Google’s own PageSpeed test on a phone: the four Lighthouse scores, how fast the main content shows, and the fixes that would save the most time.
-
04
Trust and sharing
The padlock (HTTPS), how the page looks when someone shares it on WhatsApp or Facebook, your site icon, and whether each page has one address.

About the checker
Is the website checker really free?
Yes. No sign-up and no email address. Type your address, get the results. If you want help fixing what it finds, that is up to you.
Do you keep my website or my details?
No. We open the page you typed, check it and show you the results. We keep the result for a few minutes so a second look is instant, and we don’t ask who you are.
Why are the speed numbers different from Google’s own PageSpeed page?
Speed tests vary from run to run with the network and the server. The checker runs the same Google test on a phone; treat a few points either way as normal, and look at what to fix rather than the exact number.
What should I fix first?
Anything marked red: a missing title or description, a page hidden from Google, or a site that is not set up for phones. Then the biggest speed fixes. If it all looks like a lot, we can fix it for you.
