    Listings must give material information, such as the price or rent, council tax band and tenure, under consumer protection law and National Trading Standards guidance.

    Letting agent fees

    Letting agents must publish their fees, their client money protection scheme and their redress scheme on their website.

  3. 03

    Redress schemes

    Estate agents must belong to a government-approved redress scheme, such as The Property Ombudsman or the Property Redress Scheme, and should say which.

Usually, yes. Most agency software offers a feed we can build into the site, so listings update themselves. It is a custom build, quoted after a call.
